Sereine Sukhumvit 39

The room was super clean and convenient. The fact I had a small kitchenette with microwave, fridge, and kettle really made my lazy days easy as I could just prepare my own food and coffee. The staff were so accommodating and helpful and always greeted me with a smile and a wai, and helped me with anything I needed. The location was absolutely perfect for me. A really quiet location hidden away off Soi 39 just 3 minutes walk from Phrom Phong BTS station. Not too far from any action, be it relaxing with a beer and people watching, eating amazing street food, shopping for all budgets, or partying the night away. Also a nice touch was the basket of quality umbrellas that were free to use as it was rainy season. I loved so many things about this hotel that I could go on for days about it. 5 stars in all aspects from this solo traveller. I would 1000% stay here again, and I look forward to doing so in the future. 🙏

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice sized rooms with good facilities. Pretty quiet amongst the chaos of the city. Rooms have kitchenette which is handy. Very short walk to train station and malls with convenience stores nearby also.

The room was relatively large, with adequate storage space. Unlike more established hotels, the room was cleaned EVERY day, together with fresh towels and 2 bottles of water. There’s a small pool for cooling off but not much else in terms of facilities. There’s a charming cafe in front but it only opens at 10 AM. While the front desk is not manned 24 hours, the staff allowed me to check out early and returned my THB1000 deposit (have local currency when you check in) the day before.

Clean, quiet, good area.

Staff hospitality is great for me. They're helpful and nice. No complaint about the unit. Clean, all facilites and amenities can function well. Fridge is cold to keep our drink (based on my experience, not many hotel provide good functioning fridge *sad). One thing I'm so happy about the hotel is : LOCATION!. First it's located quite close to the BTS Station (apprx 500 meters) buttt.. not too close, so the area is quite and not crowded with tourists. Second, It is also surrounded by a few luxurious condo developments (The Diplomat, XXIX, etc). Third, there is a coffee shop located adjacent to the hotel complex, they have smoking area (VERY RARE in Bangkok!) And fourth, close to seven eleven, lawson and there is 1 weed store (B Good Dispensary) that we visit. Btw, they have balcony, so you can smoke cigarette outside after long day wandering around bangkok (and again. So hard to smoke cig in bangkok. Not many smoking area). Madam manager running chasing us to the end of the narrow road because we left our phone when we checked out.. thanks a lot maam!
